Should creatine malate be taken every day? I take 10 grams post workout on training days. Can I take 5 grams on non training days? Would this make it more or less effective?
take 5g preworkout and 5postworkout… off day just take 5g.

Honestly, it’s tough to mess up creatine usage. Just pick a plan and stay consistent.
