I take creatine, about 4 grams, right after my workout. If taken with water, I don’t think it would harm anything.
What I’ve really noticed is how hard it is to workout without the carbs…it is rough. So I went and got a prescription for an ‘alertness’ med (modafinil) since I can’t handle Yohimbine.
Am I wrong for thinking I’m supposed to drink half my Surge during workouts on this diet (and the other half after)? Doesn’t that help with the ‘bonk’ of low-carb workouts?

I am very sensitive to carbs, so tried to minimize too much I guess. Yes, it is good to use Surge during the workout.
I’m down 4 pounds on day 5, and my libido is going crazy. Maybe I wasn’t getting enough protein before? Can we count spending time with the mrs. as the NEPA part of the plan?
