Hi Chris - I’m currently doing V-Diet 3.5 but I’m finding that after I have my post workout Surge Recovery shake that I’m crashing about 30-45 minutes later. The crash feels the same as when I’ve had too many carbs.
My program says to do 2 scoops of Surge Recovery - what are your thoughts? Go down to 1-1.5 scoops? Drink the Surge throughout the workout instead of post-workout? Much appreciated - Thanks.
