Cottage Cheese for HSMs?


Yes or no for HSM’s during transition, or any other time for that matter?

I had read that it did not have the same downsides as milk.



It’s not as carby as milk, but I’ve noticed that many people who have trouble with milk (bloating etc) have the same issues with cottage cheese. It’s okay once per week as part of an HSM though, but base most of the HSM around meat and veggies.
