Copats' V-Diet

I think I am the kind of person that needs a dedicated challenge, on my days off I will exercise for a week and then take the next couple of weeks off, get mad at myself then do it hard core for another couple of weeks then take a break again.

I did work out solidly for 1yr (west side for skinny bastards) but acquired no tone, just got bigger muscles with puppy fat. So I am going to do this challenge and if it works great, if not no harm done.

Well see you guys in 6 weeks.
