I seem to have caught something thats been going around and been feeling decently sick. So far ive still stuck to the v diet minus an orange juice in the morning, am I good to still continue v diet as planned or should i modify some mlre fluids/juices in there?
I’d rather see you just take some Vit C if that’s the reason for the juice, which is generally just junk food.
And if you’re not able to train, then that’s going to cut the effectiveness of the plan.
