this is day 8 on the diet for me.
for the past 4 days i’ve been consuming a lot less than i calculated - approx 880/1100 cals a day on non workout/workout days, when according to the calculations i should be getting 1575/1890. the thing is - i’m full. i don’t want any more shakes. i have plenty of energy and i’m still making gains in the gym. of course, i don’t know how long this will last, maybe it’s just momentum - should i force myself to meet the #'s calculated by the formula, or just drink till i’m full?
i’m supplementing with BCAAs, taking 2 HOT-ROX twice a day, and 2 servings of Flameout and milled flax. getting between 160 - 200grams of protein a day from the shakes.
