been sedentary for 3 months(work)
went to gym today. started up with Brain Candy, Indigo, and 3 Plazma.
i did 2 sets of 5 reps with just the bar on about 20 exercises for about 35 minutes… i gotta get loosened up here.
was wondering if.
- should i start off with 2 Indigo?
- for this type of training.,. Plazma, or Mag-10?
- if Plazma, maybe just 2 scoops is enough for now in 1.5 liters of water?
i was breathing like a locomotive, and needed to drink plenty of fluid.
i cant believe how badly out of shape i got in 3 months
