im a chef and spend at least 8 hours a day in 40 degree heat on my feet is my nepa walk necessary.i walk on my days off is that enough.dont want to burn muscle
More NEPA is never a bad thing. If you follow the V-Diet correctly and use the right supps along with the training plan, it’s pretty much impossible to lose muscle.
Remember, NEPA is just every day moving around – walking, in its simplest form.
Now, if a person’s job is hauling water kegs up a hill by hand for 8 hours a day, then I’d say to skip the NEPA. But most people can use more.
Skipping it won’t make or break the program, but keeping it in will get you better final results.
