Climbing Workout as Cardio?

#1

Hi Chris
I was wondering what you thought of climbing as a replacement to a day at the gym. Does it qualify as extended cardio?

Can it replace a day at the gym? (I do mainly weightlifting with some DLs and a bit of isolation work thrown in)

Have you ever used Nalgene bottles to make your shakes? Mine smells horrible after only two days

So in another thread you tell me you’re changing up the nutrition guidelines of the V-Diet and not really doing the V-Diet. Now you want to change the training guidelines, and apparently, can’t be bothered to buy a 19 dollar blender.

Perhaps your questions are better suited for another area of our forums.
