I was wondering what you thought of climbing as a replacement to a day at the gym. Does it qualify as extended cardio?
Can it replace a day at the gym? (I do mainly weightlifting with some DLs and a bit of isolation work thrown in)

So in another thread you tell me you’re changing up the nutrition guidelines of the V-Diet and not really doing the V-Diet. Now you want to change the training guidelines, and apparently, can’t be bothered to buy a 19 dollar blender.
