Gotta pick one supplement to run. Comes down to either Indigo-3G or periworkout carb powders. I am leaning towards Indigo-3G as it would help me utilize all forms of carbs better, not just the powders. And apparently it helps with peoples long term insulin sensitivity and carb tolerance, so I could in the future take breaks from it at times and buy Plazma instead. Does this seem like the logical thing to do?
Those are definitely the top two for most people’s needs. If you have issues with nutrient uptake or fat cell metabolism (gaining fat easily, issues with carbs, hard time gaining muscle at a decent rate, etc) then it’s probably best to get that fixed with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G.
