Another simple one using Quinoa
My current diet plan calls for a half cup of quinoa with breakfast so here’s a way I jazzed it up this morning
1/2 Cup cooked quinoa
dash of chocolate almond milk
1/2 scoop chocolate Metabolic Drive
chopped peach, I think I’ll try banana next time
chopped nuts would have been good too if I had any.
Just warm the quinoa and then stir everything else in. Add more milk if you want it creamier, and more protein if you go with more quinoa.
