Hey Chris, I rarely have a true cheat day or cheat meal by v-lifer standards. However, I do indulge in beer/wine and alcohol on the weekends. I have read that when alcohol is in your system, you cannot process carbs or fat, because your body is working so hard to fight off the alcohol. I know you rarely drink, but do you have any thoughts on whether a carb/prot or fat/prot meal would be better.
Do mean what type of meal is better when drinking?
Yes. I am not sure whether fats or carbs can be processed better while drinking. Thanks
