Cardio and V-Diet?

Hi Chris,

I am going to start the V-diet this September (was supposed to be August but a concussion sidetracked things). I understand the training aspect of things. However I was wondering if it is all right to continue my incline walking program (Tim Henriques wrote it for Tnation). I am enjoying it quite a bit so far and am having very good success on it. Would it be okay to continue throught?

Sure, that’s a fine plan to use as the NEPA portion of the V-Diet. You just want want to avoid traditional, plodding cardio, like long distance jogs. But that’s true for everything. More info here if you’re interested:
