I just wanted some thoughts on Carbolin 19. I’m looking to put on some solid muscle (like a lot of us) and was wondering if the addition of Carbolin 19 would be beneficial. Currently I am carb cycling (for about the past 4 or 5 weeks) and really like it and I am also on creatine monohydrate and some protein. Thanks in advance!

That said, we’d suggest you first take care of peri-workout nutrition, which is the cornerstone of any plan. If you’re not already doing this, look into <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma and <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>Mag-10.
Thanks for the reply, Chris. I’d like to try Plazma or MAG-10 in the future but now my budget doesn’t work with it. I’m a sophomore in college and am looking for something relatively cheap. Is there another supplement you would recommend?

Nothing wrong with Carbolin-19 of course, but you’ll get better results from your training with some workout nutrition in your plan.
