How long after taking Carbolin 19 on an empty stomach should I wait before eating? Thanks.

There are no label directions saying you need to take <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/carbolin-19"target=“new”>Carbolin 19 on an empty stomach.

Quite so. I had assumed that since it has the same main ingredient as HOT-ROX Extreme, a similar protocol would be appropriate. Why the difference? Also, how long after ingesting HOT-ROX Extreme should one abstain from food? Thanks for the help.

Dr. Jade Teta recommends taking forskolin in a low insulin state, which could mean fasted or simply low carb:

Some people actually take Hot-Rox with food if they’re sensitive to stimulants, so it works either way, but if you want to get the energy effect, take before eating. 20-30 minutes is fine. There are no set rules.

This very helpful. If I understand correctly, the “energy effects” of HOT-ROX Extreme are enhanced by ingestion on an empty stomach. Is it appropriate to infer that the “fat loss effects” are unaffected by the presence or absence of food? Thanks again.

Correct.
