I was wondering what your opinion is in regards to using Carbolin 19 as a re-comping agent? I know it is intended primarily as a dieting supplement, but do you think it could be successfully used in order to improve body composition (for example, by staying at the same weight while getting leaner) while staying at a constant caloric level?
For example, my daily calorie intake is 3300 cals a day: 30% protein, 40% fat, 30% carbs - would adding Carbolin 19 to my current diet lead to better body composition? Curious about your thoughts. Thanks!
