Can't Use Intra-Workout Supps

Hey Chris,

Currently in a police academy, and during our lifting/conditioning sessions we are only allowed water in the gym. Since this rules out Plazma/Anaconda, just wondering what the best way to go about this is… MAG-10 pre-workout (if I have time, schedule is tight), Surge Recovery post?

Btw I am probably not going to chug Surge Recovery pre-workout because I’ll probably end up throwing it up.

Any way you could get a <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/finibar-competition-bar"target=“new”>Finibar in before? Or just the pre-load serving of Plazma? That could make a huge impact.

I could probably down a Finibar at the start of lunch, and then down 500 ml of Plazma towards the end of lunch. Most of our PT classes are after lunch. Since this will be my lunch I think I have to start eating a big breakfast at like 530am… yikes.

Just wanted to say so far that Finibars and Brain Candy have been a life safer.

Chris, I normally have to leave my house by 5:45 AM, just wondering what would be a quick and easy breakfast to get something in me before lunch. I was thinking 3 scoops Metabolic Drive Muscle Growth, and 2 eggs cooked in coconut oil.

Sure, sounds good. I’m a big fan of hot cereals with Metabolic Drive mixed in too: oatmeal, cream of buckwheat, cream of rice, or quinoa flakes. Just microwave them in water and add Metabolic Drive afterward.
