Can't Sleep!

I’m really struggling to sleep on this diet. I’m having the most restless nights ever and gettin maybe 3 or 4 hours sleep a night. Is this normal?

Sometimes any dietary change can lead to sleep interruption, even a healthy one. (People get used to carbing themselves to sleep at night - not good.)

Usually, you adapt after a few days.

Also, make sure you’re not taking fat-burners or other stimulants after 3 or 4 PM.

Use Z12 if needed.
