Sure. I’d suggest just making sure it’s rice noodles and not wheat-based.
Thank you so much for your prompt response. We were just really worried about the sodium content in the broth. But we saw that Pho is going to be between 475 to 700 calories max we will be watching it really closely.
I believe that for healthy people, sodium isn’t a worry, though I do tend to avoid MSG.
