Calories in Transition Phase?


How much should I increase my kcal and carbs intake per day compared to the V-Diet (1500 kcal/60 carbs & 1800 kcal/110 carbs on workout days)for a safe transition?

Around 1700 kcal the 1st week and 2000 kcal the 2nd?
Carb grams?


There’s no need count calories. Simply consume the shakes and have HSM-style meals. As long as those meals are good clean foods, then you’ll auto-regulate.

What’s with the Nut Butter? Still necessary in the trans phase or should I cut it?


You can use it if you want, or skip it. Just watch the calories. Very dense, but good for ya.
