Calorie Guide for Transition Foods?

Where is the best resource for counting calories for transition? I’ll probably not be eating anything out of a box or bottle (except MD) when I get done with the V-Diet…so what’s the most reliable source for calorie values of ‘real food’ (steak, fruit, sweet potatoes, salad, etc)?

Has a lot of info on it like that, but I am not sure how acurate it is.
