Caloric Content of Diet

I printed the diet plan from the site. It indicates that for my weight, age and sex I should have 1710 calories on a training day. When I add the calories of the 5 meals plus the workout nutrition, it comes out to 1950 calories. What am I missing?

Some of the numbers are estimates. Follow the plan as directed for one week and judge results, then you can adjust as needed, like taking in 1 more or 1 less scoop of protein per day to fine-tune the plan for your body and activity level.

Looks like the calorie count does not include the calories in the Flameout. Subtracting those takes it down to about 1700 calories…I’m on it.
