Bulking and Losing Muscle

hi guys. so i started lifting seriously about half a year back with good gains and my diet is pretty clean, but since I’ve been taking in extra calories to put on muscle I haven’t lost any fat, nor have I gained significant amounts.

If I do this program for the prescribed six weeks or a little longer, will I lose a lot of muscle? Also, I eat pretty clean already, so is this diet good for me or is it for people who just don’t know how to eat?

The diet is designed to keep as much muscle as possible. you may lose a little, but if you follow the diet correctly, you shouldnt lose much, if any.
