I’m a 60 yo man looking to build some muscle mass and strength. I’ve done training in the past! But I had a back injury about 4 years ago that side lined me awhile! So I train around this injury! I workout every third day and I’m doing full body workouts! I’m limited on my leg workouts because of my back ( no squatting ). I’ve made some good gains in the past four months!
My biggest problem is recovery and testosterone levels! Any advice I can get would be highly appreciated! I’m 6’2" and weight 235 carrying a little extra around mid-section probably about 20% or more body fat! I do arobics for about 45 minutes on my gym days! I cut out all the sugar from my diet eat only good protein! Thanks for any advice!
