Started the diet this morning because I received my supplements last night and could not wait until Monday! I’m 5’5" and 175lbs my last body analysis had a lean body mass weight of 67lbs. I have lost 92 lbs currently and have stalled. This is why I am implementing the V-diet now.

I took before pictures I’ll post this evening with body measurements.

Breakfast:
2 scoops protein
2 scoops superfood
1 Flameout
16 oz of water
additional 16oz after eating

Workout
1 scoop plazma
1/2 teaspoon grape flavoring
160z water
additional 16oz during workout

Wednesday intermediate workout
40 reverse lunges per leg
