Brain Candy Help with Anxiety?

#1

So about a year ago I had serious stomach issues and lost a ton of weight due to what was believed to be anxiety. Kinda just went away but now it seems to be coming back. I’m off at college, trying to get back into lifting after a few surgeries, and dealing with typical college shit. I think its mostly social anxiety, which is very weird as I’m a pretty social person.

Anyways I’ve been waking up with morning nausea and losing a ton of weight due to what I believe is anxiety, and I’m wondering if Brain Candy would be able to help me just relax and focus on what I need to get done. Anybody with prior experiences?

While we have to be careful about talking about possible medical issues, <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy-caffiene-free"target=“new”>Brain Candy Caffeine Free may help you out.

We’ve also had some customers use a single capsule of <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/z-12"target=“new”>Z-12 during the day to keep the edge off. Now, Z-12 is a sleep supplement, but for sleep people use 2-3 capsules. One capsule works well during the day due to its anxiety reducing components.

Yeah I’m pretty positive there’s no other medical stuff going on. You’re right though that the possibility of that needs to be considered. Would you think that brain candy or z-12 would be a better option to pursue? College budget Def does not allow for both, I’ll be scrapping for one haha.

What don’t you try Z-12 first. One bottle will last a long time when using just a 1 capsule serving.

Please keep us posted on how it works for you.
