<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy"target=“new”>Brain Candy already contains the top end of recommended daily caffeine intake. But with stimulatory ingredients everyone is different, and some are able to tolerate a whole lot more. So it’s individual. If you have no issues with stimulants, sure, go for it, just don’t burn yourself out of course.

Another option would be to use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/brain-candy-caffiene-free"target=“new”>Brain Candy Caffeine Free then drink all the coffee you want.

I like to buy both the regular Brain Candy and Caffeine-Free Brain Candy versions. I’ll drink half of the regular one, then pour in the caffeine free one to bring the volume back up. I’ll drink the half that’s left in the caffeine free bottle and refrigerate the “mix” bottle for the following day.

This allows me to still have a coffee in the morning or half a Spike before lifting. Seems to be effective for me without overloading the caffeine for the day.
