My wife started this past Tuesday the 1st and I will begin this coming Monday. She is looking to drop bout 15lb, i’m looking to change composition more then worrying bout pounds lost. Will keep updates going. Imma weigh in Monday morning, then weekly updates.

Thanks sir. Just added pics there and put down measurements. That was very ugly, didn’t think my waist had gotten that far outta hand.
Photos can be brutally honest, no doubt. But that’s exactly what we need sometimes to get on the right path. Looking forward to following your progress!
