I have recently started my V-Diet and, since there aren’t many people doing it (from a statistical point of view), I thought I might share my experience. It has really helpful for me to read your comments when I decided to try the diet. It still keeps me going.
This the first place people should check if they’re interested in the diet. I’ve seen so many articles on various websites that mislead the readers, it’s unbelievable!
I know you like numbers, so…I’ve started at 58.6kg and I’m hoping to get as close as possible to 50. Today (Day 12), I was 55.9 kg. We’ll see how this goes next week.
