Chris , I plan on beginning the diet as soon as my supp’s arrive . And using a modified workout plan as I don’t have access to a gym. The only thing is I do competitive bjj . I do a heavy conditioning and rolling session 3 times a week. would this cause catabolism or otherwise interfere with the diets progress? Thanks!
I’ve done BJJ through two V-Diet runs. I train 2x a week about an hour of drills and about 30mins of rolling after that.
I found that the first week was a little difficult but after that I actually felt much better. I think just losing weight made me more fluid and easier to move plus fitness was higher etc.
So I’d say if you’re talking a couple of times a week, in my experience you’ll be fine after the first week.
