Welcome aboard!

<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/hot-rox-extreme"target=“new”>HOT-ROX Extreme is our dedicated fat burner, so good choice there.

<a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G is a nutrient repartitioning agent, and while that means most people lose fat with it, it’s not a “fat burner” in the traditional sense. Instead, it shuttles what you eat toward muscle gains instead of fat storage. You actually want to eat some clean carbs when using it (it has to have something to repartition into muscle), so you don’t want a low carb diet when using it. Be sure to read up on Indigo-3G so you fully understand it. Timing those carbs around the workout and using Plazma or Surge is ideal.

You may want to pick up some <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/metabolic-drive-low-carb"target=“new”>Metabolic Drive as well to use as a meal replacement.

Much depends on what your overall plan is going to be. How will you train? What’s your nutrition plan?

Thanks! i apriciate the inpout.
how’s HOT-ROX works for you ? does it stack well with Indigo3G ? actually while cutting my crabs stay about 30-60 non workout days. 110 workout days. i workout 3 times a week lifting. 6 times a week cradio/MMA . thought about adding some more products. lemme know which one will stack the most well with HOT-ROX and Indigo3G .

thought about Se7en . which may promote fat loss in womens. although dont see a reason not same for mans. have you tried it? also thought about Alpha Male. or Carbolin 19.
my diet is prettey well. but i guess u can call me a food addict. once in a while i need to get a cheat day and consume about 4000-5000 calories of pure junkfood. but in the day day i eat 190-210proteins. 60-110 carbs. 60-70fats.i lift 3 times a week. and in the other days i do MMA and HIT

Can you attach a photo? Are you overweight? What is your height and weight?

A low-carb diet plus a fat burner plus a lot of MMA work and cardio seems like an odd choice for a 19 year old.

Let’s see if you’re on the right track here before we get you on a 5 supplement stack that you may or may not need.

when i was a litttle boy i were fat. 103kilo of pure fat. after hard work i got to 13bodyfat.
that’s me while cutting 3 month ago. currently i’, bulking and at 18% bodyfat.

and that’s odd ? i got many friends that are my age and using ProHormones and a lot of other chimikhals. that’s odd!

Well, honestly, you don’t need a fat burner at all. You’re skinny. Your best plan would be to use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G only, our top workout nutrition supplement, <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma, and focus on gaining muscle.

The Indigo-3G would prevent the extra calories from being stored as body fat and shuttle those nutrients directly toward muscle gains. Eat 800 calories over maintenance and at least 300g carbs per day, probably more.

Thanks for attaching the pic. That really helps us to advise people.

that pic is 3 month ago when i were cutting. i’ve gained 16lbs since then. i’m using ArA (Arachidionic Acid) , Forskolin, D-Aspratic Acid and Androsta-3-5-17dione. gaind 16lbs of lean bulk. my body fat is about 18% . but i’ve got really bad gentics and all the fat goes into my lower back and hips. my plam is to keep clean bulking more 3 month then go cutting again. so that’s why i’m looking for hardcore fat burning stack.

HOT-ROX should do the trick then. It’s already a “stack” as it contains several ingredients that work via different mechanisms. Se7en would be fine to add. Works for men too.
