<a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G is a nutrient repartitioning agent, and while that means most people lose fat with it, it’s not a “fat burner” in the traditional sense. Instead, it shuttles what you eat toward muscle gains instead of fat storage. You actually want to eat some clean carbs when using it (it has to have something to repartition into muscle), so you don’t want a low carb diet when using it. Be sure to read up on Indigo-3G so you fully understand it. Timing those carbs around the workout and using Plazma or Surge is ideal.
You may want to pick up some <a href="http://www.T-Nation.com/store/products/metabolic-drive-low-carb"target=“new”>Metabolic Drive as well to use as a meal replacement.
Much depends on what your overall plan is going to be. How will you train? What’s your nutrition plan?
