Better Sex on the V-Diet

#1

At Your Majesty’s request! Raise your hand if knockin’ boots rules right now!

I’ve certainly noticed a difference not only in my sex drive, but also in the intensity of climaxes since starting this diet. Has anyone else noticed this?

Take it away Chris!

Definitely noticed a higher drive and more intensity. I’m not sure if it’s from more exercise driving more t or the not eating making other senses more sensitive.

I also noticed my sense of smell is greatly heightened. If I’m around food, I can pick out elements and flavors of the smell. I also smelled the glass of wine my girlfriend was drinking the other night a couple feet away, and was able to distinguish the alcohol and grapes very distinctly.

However, the other thing I’ve noticed is bad breath like crazy. My girlfriend can smell it 6 feet away sometimes. Fortunately, she’s pretty good about ignoring it, but has nicknamed me “hal” for “halitosis”. A bit OT, but one of the other side-effects I’ve noticed.

(I should note, these observations are after 4 days on the V-Diet. I’ll have to come back later and see if they continue.)

My drive was down in weeks 2-3 when I did the V-Diet last year, but it would jump right back up for about 48 hours after my HSM of steak, veggies and a sweet potato.

I strongly believe it was the steak that put the lead in the pencil. Gentlemen, do yourselves and your wives/girlfriends a favor and eat steak for your HSM!

I’ve seen a few posts about this, so I’m glad to see a dedicated thread on the topic.

A couple of interesting points:

  1. Coach Charles Poliquin has written this about men who carry too much body fat:

“The fatter you get, the more aromatase enzyme your body will produce. In the extreme, getting fat could be considered a form of self-castration, as your own testosterone will be converted into the female hormone estrogen.”

I’d assume that losing the fat might give men a testosterone boost, or at least allow for optimal production, thus leading to a nice jump in sex drive and/or performance.

  1. Some brave V-Dieter mentioned the other day that his penis looks bigger since he’s been on the V-Diet. Said even his girlfriend has noticed it.

This may be because of what’s called the “public fat pad.” This is the area around the base of the penis. Get fat and it grows, making the penis look smaller, especially when flaccid. Get lean and there’s less pad to retract into.

  1. For women, I think the better sex is mainly psychological, as is always the case with females, and females and orgasms especially, etc.

For one, losing fat makes them feel better about themselves. As one female V-Dieter wrote, it goes from sex in the dark to sex with the lights on to sex with the curtains open. (Naughty minx!) In short, she’s comfortable with her body, confident, and that leads to great, more adventurous sex. It allows for relaxation and less self-doubts and insecurities. Remove those and orgasms come easier. (Ha, I’m punny.)

  1. Many fertility signals and traditional indicators of sexual attractiveness are related to health signals. Our caveman and cavewoman brains want us to breed with a healthy person so we can pass our genes on to healthy kids and propagate the species.

Well, let’s take that a step further. If you lose fat on the V-Diet you will end up healthier. And just think of all the health-boosting components of Superfood. So it’s not a big leap to think that healthier people have higher sex drives.

And on a related note, we know for sure that people who exercise regularly have higher sex drives because of a variety of hormonal cascades and other goodies.

Put all this together and you come up with this conclusion: The V-Diet makes you sexier, improves sex, and makes your wang bigger.

Okay, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration… but maybe not!

I’ve done the V-Diet twice though I’m not doing it currently and I think Shug hit it right on the head.

I really believe the high fat levels were suppressing my test production.

As I dropped fat my drive increased, also I believe adding lean body mass does that as well.

In addition as the fat drops you find other members of the opposite sex giving you appraciative looks and that in and of itself puts you in that frame of mind.

One more thing: As the V-Diet plan says, “Get a hobby.” With no food prep, no shopping for groceries, no cleaning up (or at least less), most people have a couple of extra hours left in their day…

Well, it doesn’t seem like V-Dieters spend that extra time putting together jigsaw puzzles or scrapbooking!

I’m a 22 year old male…my comments in this subject will most likely be inutile.

But on another note - a lot of people only dream of looking better, having more sex and scrapbooking. Well 2/3 at least.

V-Diet = win+win

HEYYYY Mr. Inutile, don’t knock the scrapbooking! No, it’s not better than sex, but HEY! Dont make me punch you out with my new found muscles!

And while I dont much like talking openly about my sex life I will admit that because of this V-Diet, my husband is more “touchy feely” lately.

what chris has shared is spot on…eat good, live well = positive mental attitude and image and there you have it…gangbuster sex. the physiology and chemisty is given…but SO much more is dependent on our mental state.

i was married for 15yrs…i stayed thin, with a big dick…“skinny guy with a big dick” my wife gained weight, not much, not obese, just out of shape…but i never, never stopped desiring her…always wanted her, anytime…i loved her…but because of her self image we shut down sexually…

i waited this out for years…then someone came along and showed me what i was missing and what my potential was/had been…a relationship cant survive without physical intimacy. been divorced for 5 yrs now, its a good thing.

im 45 and in the best shape of my life…6’5" 200lbs, lean. feel good about my physical presence and overall mental attitude…i have a girlfriend who challenges me on a regular basis sexually. no half measures…its high energy, high intensity lovin…i never had it so good.

enjoy!

I previously posted this on “PPPB” (penny’s private porn blog) before the request was made to go public. ;o)

“wish I could agree about the sex…but for the first two weeks the BF and I were both so exhausted we just about lost interest…and let’s just say that’s a three sixty. It’s only now in week three that it finally got back to normal insert weird gospel choir note. Thank goodness! :)”

My energy level is through the roof on this diet, and like Chris said, there are so many extra newly found hours in the day… who could think of a better way to spend the morning, afternoon, & evening with my tighter sexier body?
