Second that!

Once I was desperate for some protein source preworkout, but I had consumed the amount of carbs I wanted to preworkout, which lift me to find a protein bar without carbs…Cue "zero carb protein bars that use 22grams of sugar alcohols…ok I say to myself…3 hrs later, big, BIG, mistake. My roommates have yet to forgive me months later…

Although I do fine on sugar free maple syrup which uses sorbitol, the bar used something like mathinol or something horrid sounding like that.

Surely that’s like replacing coke with diet coke? Pointless… Correct me if I’m wrong but surely this diet is about teaching yourself discipline with food? Not making healthier alternatives to food you should avoid? Don’t get me wrong everythings ok in moderation, but is it necessary?

The V-diet is about reprogramming your taste buds and helping you kick the junk food cravings, but there is nothing wrong with making healthy foods. Such as dani’s pumped up muffins.

Trust me, if a cave man knew how to cook and could make those he would have. Nothing wrong with making a healthy banana creme pie.

Granted most people wouldn’t make a correct healthy banana creme pie. Some people would go insane eating the same 3 foods every day, some people thrive on it. Healthier options of traditionally bad foods are a life saver and honestly it’s probably the best way for normal people to get healthy, lose weight and live longer.
