Best Combination for $100 a Month?

#1

I’m currently just having Metabolic Drive with breakfast and dinner. I’m training 4-5 times a week plus skiing on the weekends and feel like my legs just aren’t recovering fast enough. What combination of supplements would you guys recommend to help me continue gaining strength and recover faster. I’d like to keep this right at $100 a month.

If I had to stay close to $100 I would probably do SWF + Surge Recovery . That’s abut $100 I believe. That should also help you recover better.

First and formost, take care of workout nutrition. This is the cornerstone of recovery and progress. The top supplement for that is <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma.

Along those same lines, <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/surge-workout-fuel"target=“new”>Surge Workout Fuel is sort of a “budget” Plazma. It has been recently upgraded and is darn near Plazma-level at this point.

Start there, take care of the workout period, and you’ll be good to go.

You can certainly do what you want but If you have a $100 a month, I would really give Plasma a try. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it. I put myself on a actual diet for the first time in 30 years. The diet called for a different Intra-Workout protocol but I honestly feel Id benefit more from adding Plasma back in so Im placing another order for it tomorrow.

Just my two cents my friend
