I’m very very interested in doing this diet, I’ve spent a few days reading up and I have good knowledge of what I’m about to try although 1 thing still concerns me . . . I’m clueless about the best type of diet to follow after the V-Diet is done, should I follow the rules of clean eat, or should I go for something like a Keto/TNT style diet??
