I’m now 8 days in. I was rock solid for the first 5 days but I started to expand my HSM calorie intake to around 1,000. I’m 6’5", 272 and felt I could afford a few extra.
I had been doing a lot of high volume reps before I started, so finding a weight I can do 8-9 times as a max has been hard to nail down, but I think I’ve found it.
I started the week at 279 and ended the week at 272. So I lost 7 pounds in 7 days. Which sounds awesome, but I really have a LOT of weight to lose.
