Bedtime Supplements


I have been using Mag-10, Plazma, and Metabolic Drive for a couple months now and wanted to make sure I am getting the most out of them. I have been taking MD when I wake up, 2 scoops Plazma for workout (1/2 before and 1/2 Intra workout), 1 scoop Mag-10 45-60 mins after workout, and then MD before bed. I recently changed to taking the Mag-10 before bed. Wanted to ask what protocol you would recommend or if what I am doing is correct? Thanks!!


Sounds pretty solid as-is. I’ve used a serving Mag-10 before bed for a long time and feel good with it. Metabolic Drive is great as a general daily protein drink, but Mag-10 still delivers quality protein to help recovery and spike aminos while you sleep without necessarily feeling full (something Metabolic Drive is sort of designed for).

I’d stick with your plan for a while, try to take note of how you feel and how you’re recovering, and adjust as needed.
