BCAA Structured Peptides or Leucine Structured Peptides?

Who best?
I plan to use before and after workouts.
Training up to 2.5 hours duration, power basically.
At a bodyweight of 121 kg - 25 grams plan to use before and after the same.

Ideally, use <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/plazma"target=“new”>Plazma before and during training, then <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/mag-10"target=“new”>Mag-10. These are far superior to BCAA and leucine alone, not even close, especially with 2.5 hour training sessions.

Plasma - during a workout I have planned.
Before and after the scheduled or leucine or BCAA - I also plan to use high quality carbohydrates.
