Hey Im about to start the V-Diet and I play about 2 hours of basketball four days a week. (sometimes more) Should I stop playing, cut it in half or just keep on hoopin.
Drop the b-ball for 28 days and follow the diet plan exactly for best results.
Don’t be one of those “I shoulda listened to Chris” folks who try the diet, add way too much cardio, and fail.
