Wanted to share my wife’s final results. She lost 12 lbs. and 7 inches in the waist/hips area. Even more interesting though, is that she can compare the loss of the same 12 pounds using a commercial diet system and V-Diet. The comparison shows the V-Diet is muscle sparing as promised.

So there you have it. She said it was a really tough thing to follow, but it definitely got her jumpstarted (and down a weight class for our upcoming powerlifting meeting without significant strength loss).
