I have run the Velocity Diet several times since 2016, and I have found it’s my favorite way to lose fat quickly. I also feel it’s a great way to get yourself back on track as far as healthier eating habits and regaining focus. I certainly need to do this after several months of poor diet and worse workouts.

Starting Measurements:
Height: 5’10"
Weight: 236 lbs
Neck: 16.5 in
Shoulders: 52.5 in
Chest: 46.5 in
Waist (one inch above): 42 in
Waist (one inch below): 43 in
Waist (at navel): 42.5 in
Hips: 42.5 in
Biceps: R 17 in; L 16.5 in
Thighs: R 27 in; L 26 in
Calves: R 16 in; L 16 in

A quick check-in. I’m down to 234# this morning, so -12# since start. All waist measurements are down 1- 1.5". On point, except for not getting the NEPA walks in.

Down 12 or down 2? Stick to the plan either way, just wondering where you’re at. Those waist measurements changing are the real deal more than the scale anyhow.

Should have been 224#, so down 12#. Today 222#, so down 14#.

Messed up on the weekend, as my HSM turned into a HS Feast lol. So still at 222#. Back in the groove now though.

Late checkin again. Down to 219# on Monday. Screwed up over the weekend again, so running it two more weeks.
