After reading through the whole program I’m relatively convinced that the V-Diet will bring results.
One concern, at the moment, is that it was said that the training program could be done at home, yet, there are excercises showing the use of a lat pulldown machine and deadlifts using barbells. Are there alternatives?
I have a treadmill.
I have dumb bells up to 52.5 lbs.
I have an incline/decline bench
I have a workout mat
Can I do this without going to the gym?
…and honestly… I don’t think I can do this without support.
Suggestions would be appreciated.
