Another Round of the V-Diet with 5/3/1

Giving the V-Diet another go. I am 46yo now, and I’ve run the V-Diet several times with success each time when I start getting fat. Some rounds were better than others as I was stricter on the diet, but I’ve lost weight with it with even with half-assed attempts. I’ve also never lost strength running the diet. I’ve been back lifting for about 2 years now after an approximate 14 year layoff. I am hoping to lose 10-20# this go. I stick to the chocolate Metabolic Drive because it’s the best tasting protein powder I’ve ever tried, and I never tire of it. I am going to follow the diet as closely as I can and also do the NEPA, but I’m going to continue with 5/3/1 as I have for the last year. I plan to post my progress here every week.
