ANACONDA/MAG-10 for Circuit Challenges

Shugs, so regarding using the ANACONDA for muscle wasting for hour plus endurance workouts such as swimming, surfing, and longer circuits challenges. Is there still a benefit to drinking prior to the endurance training bouts. Obviously for surfing this is a must prior, but for swim and circuit challenges…sip during, or slam it before? Not sure if its a waste to drink it immediately to starting workouts. Whats your thoughts. Will it absorb ultra fast and play no role?

Can you do half before, half after? It’s probably no big deal either way. I know Dr. Lowery sips MAG-10 as he begins fasted cardio and finishes it up as he finishes the session.
