I’ve been reading the forums…I’m amazed,simply amazed at some of the transformations.

I’m in Australia…where would I even get the supplements from…and can someone please link me to the diet? thankyou…Suzie.

Here is an Australian distributor. Someone told me once that they’re not actually affiliated with Biotest.

You could probably order all the supps direct from the US store in one go. Shipping will be a killer, and make sure to check customs regulations first.

Before that it might be worthwhile to work out if this diet is actually appropriate for you.

I don’t think you can get HOT-ROX- but everything else you can get AFAIK

I don’t have access to a gym - so there virtually no weights apart from an 8kg kettlebell, I have two of them.

What can I do to replace the weights…also…there is no cardio, that’s interesting.

Don’t do the V-Diet. If you don’t have access to a gym you should not do the V-Diet, instead you might want to look into the green faces diet followed with the 100carb cure.

The reason there is no “cardio” is 1) traditional cardio sucks 2) you do NEPA 3) it’s a very low calorie diet and extremely efficient at fatloss when coupled with the workouts.
