Alternative to the Cable Woodchop?


Hi all,

Anyone have an alternative to the cable woodchop, since I don’t have access to any cable exercises, anything with dumbbells or bodyweight would be welcomed?


I purchased a band system to use in place of a pulley system.


Thanks for the input, but I just replaced the exercise with russian twists instead.


I like Russian Twists too. But I also like using Super Bands, as it allows resistance down, as well as working to control it on the way back up too. With the Russian twists, you only get resistance one way - Gravity. Have fun.
