Alpha Male and HOT-ROX/Se7en/Carbolin 19?

#1

I’m in the middle of month 3 of a 5 month lean out. I’m doing low carb (<30 g per day, 2-4 refeeds a month).

Month 3 I started taking Alpha Male.

My plan for month 4 is to add a fat burner, and continue that through month 5 during which I’ll add fasted morning walks.

If I want to continue taking Alpha Male (still trying it just to see effects, if any), which of HOT-ROX, Se7en, or Carbolin 19 could I stack with it, and what would the timing look like?

I’d be willing to switch to TRIBEX if that creates more options. I’ve had really good luck with HOT-ROX in the past.

Also, I’m adding cinnamon to my reefed meals, if that matters. PWO is a whey shake with glutamine/glycine.

If your main goal is fat loss, go with <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/hot-rox-extreme"target=“new”>HOT-ROX. This is especially good for adding to the end of a diet to really bring things home.

Now, if you want to get off the low carb merry go round, take a serious look at <a href="http://www.t-nation.com/store/products/indigo-3g"target=“new”>Indigo-3G. You’ll have to change everything and completely un-think and re-think many, many things. But it may be the best thing you’ve ever done. (I’ve been there, I know.) Now, if you’re inactive and medically obese and have no desire to build muscle, then your current plan is awesome.

So, can I take HOT-ROX with Alpha Male? It’s not clear. Or should I trade TRIBEX for Alpha Male?

Re Indigo-3G: perhaps if I planned better I’d give it a try. I’m not obese, but I’m not all that interested in building muscle, either. Weird, I know.
