Aloha V-Dieters!

It’s June 17th, 2021 and I’m about to become a V guy…and have been reading a few of ya’ll’s posts. I’m stoked there is a forum for this as I’m thinking I will definitely need a bit of help and support.

My weight is currently 217 lbs.and my goal is 185. I’ve been lifting on and off for 40 years and am just getting back to my gym after getting my 2 COVID shots. I’m a former trainer and have good knowledge as far as weightlifting but have NEVER tried to follow a strict diet.

Please feel free to comment appropriately on anything that I post - I’ve learned that the more I’m invested into something, the better my results. I’ve managed to get all the supplements together and plan on beginning in the morning.
