Almond Milk on V-Diet

Is it ok to use unsweetened almond milk (1/2 cup, 15-20 Calories) in my shakes, just to give it a bit more richness?

No. Almond milk is great for post-V-Diet but you don’t need the extra cals when on the V plan. That would add up over 28 days. Besides, the shakes are already thick and rich.
